Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro - Transfer to Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) where your TanAfrica Safaris guide will welcome you. Transfer to your lodge in Arusha for relaxation after your journey. Enjoy dinner and spend time preparing for your upcoming safari adventure in Tanzania's northern circuit.

Day 2: Drive to Central Serengeti - Game Enroute

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park with picnic lunches. Enjoy game viewing enroute as you travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive in Central Serengeti in time for evening wildlife spotting. The Serengeti's vast plains offer incredible predator-prey interactions and the chance to see lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Day 3-4: Northern Serengeti - Great Migration Focus

Two full days dedicated to exploring the Northern Serengeti and witnessing the dramatic river crossings of the Great Migration (seasonal). The Mara River becomes a stage for nature's most breathtaking spectacle as thousands of wildebeest and zebra brave crocodile-infested waters. Game drives will also search for resident wildlife including elephants, giraffes, and big cats. Evenings are spent relaxing at your comfortable safari camp.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim with spectacular views. The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy lodge facilities and prepare for tomorrow's crater descent.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater - Full Day Game Drive
